Excellent! Just rewatched Duke of Burgundy the other night after hearing good things out of In Fabric’s Toronto screenings (and liked it even more than when I saw it the first time). Here’s hoping this gets a broad enough audience to spur someone to release Katalin Varga on Blu.

Nothing less than the Nick Cave treatment, or I'm out.

Donald Glover, Letitia Wright, Rihanna, and Hiro Murai have shot a movie called Guava Island in secret. Billed as "a Childish Gambino film," it's set for a 2019 release. There's no official announcement of the movie or trailer for it yet, but someone at a Glover festival in New Zealand was kind enough to put a trailer shown there on Twitter.

I actually mixed this up with the Showtime limited series that's shooting right now on Roger Ailes (with Russell Crowe as Ailes). I'm not sure if I was unaware of Roach's movie or merely presumed the two were the same.

Scorsese is making a film about Bob Dylan's Rolling Thunder Revue. To be released by Netflix in 2019. A companion piece to No Direction Home no doubt but the big news is that Dylan agreed to be interviewed for the film!

That's an unfortunate waste of his talent, but I suppose he needs something to make money soon.
