I don’t see how they’d have any option other than ‘Show Me Love’ (and maybe with the proper title in smaller print and in Swedish).
Fucking Åmål (with the English word) is the Swedish title. If they don't want to use the F-bomb on the cover, their only options are to leave out the original title or censor it with an asterisk or whatever.

“Show Me Love” or censored F***ing on a slip cover, uncensored underneath.

Since Kaurismaki's The Other Side of Hope seems to (mostly) be limited to one week engagements (saw it here, on its last day in town), I'm hoping for a very speedy Blu-Ray release...

Or a reversible cover (which I don't think Criterion has ever done before).

IIRC, A Touch of Zen, A Brighter Summer Day, and Taipei Story all played theatrically here a few weeks after the Criterion releases.

I think it seems fairly likely there will be no further Bergmans until the big set in July or later. But that’s just me.

I don't like the idea of a giant boxset. They are expensive and uncomfortable to use.
Already have several titles in Bluray -Persona, Autumn Sonata, Cries & Whispers among others- I am satisfied with them and I don't want to pay for them again to have other films that exist only on DVD or haven't yet been edited by Criterion (Shame, Hour of Wolf, ..)

I totally agree! I guess I will be fine with the box set as long as they release the new and upgraded titles as standalones. I have all Bergman’s Blus (plus the Eclipse set) and I don’t think I want a bulky set of his barebone films with no extras.

Ahhh... so that’s why everyone stopped guessing it! Guess I’ll have to retain my dvd for now.

Sure, guesses for these upgrades have been wrong for like seventy-five months in a row, but I have an undeniable feeling that this will be the month it happens.
