Anyone get the DVD yet?
I just got it today, but I havent watched it yet.
I did check out the "Tribute to Ismail Merchant" featurette which was quite nice, with archival interview clips from Merchant himself and others.

As for the movie, i know DVDtalk gave it a quite nice review.

Still in the middle of the film and its quite gorgeous,
a Casablanca touch to the film, as it says on the cover.

The only problem so far I have is Sony's subtitles.
You know they use that awful bright yellow.

When the characters are speaking non-English languages,
the subtitles are at the TOP of the screen.

Why did they choose to do that? A strange decision.......

in addition:

DO NOT READ THE BACK OF THE BOX IF YOU HAVENT SEEN THE FILM

The box actually gives away the plot, the climax, AND THE ENDING!!!!!
