I don't think this one is particularly bad. It just looks like whatever a studio would slap together.
It is indeed nearly identical to the cover Warner Brothers used for their DVD:

TT's cover was reminding me of something, maybe that was indeed just it.

You can't make this shit up: Twilight Time has a new line with sister label Redwind called Redwind Signature, and its first release is just a TV movie from the 70s at the TT $30 MSRP

It looks like an It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia parody of a Twilight Time cover

So this film is about a boring solar apocalypse? Or something?

Wow, this is incredibly rare (nothing prior to this except VHS, I think). No idea how good or bad it is but there are some major TV names behind the camera (Joseph Sargent, Carol Sobieski, George Eckstein). Shout and Kino have been licensing some '70s TV movies recently too and I hope they sell well enough to keep these coming.

Redwind?! Is that some kind of play on Redman's name? How humble.

Why bother with another line, especially if TT's planning to ramp down in a few years?

the made-for-TV movie is great (relatively) undiscovered country, especially in its late '60s through early '80s heyday. there are tons of 'em, some quite good, and mostly scarcely seen after their debuts 30 to 50 years ago.

not sure that sticking a $30 price point on 'em is going to help, though. I think an issue here is that a company like Vinegar Syndome would probably be best suited to putting these out in some kind of box set/collection, but because they are usually part of major-studio libraries, the licensing fees would probably be exorbitant by their standards.

Apparently it isn't Redman's label
Our partner in Twilight Time, Brian Jamieson, set up Redwind when he was making his documentary on Nancy Kwan - Holiday in Spain was a personal project for him, so hence, it's on Redwind. Likewise, Sunshine and Loving You involved very expensive transfers (ground up restorations from the camera elements in both cases), and to ensure those costs were not borne by TT it was better to place them elsewhere.

Also considering "Twilight Time" was named that way because it was apparently meant to signify a last hurrah before the anticipated death of physical media, I don't think that Redman would be able to create another label after that if he wanted to without it seeming rather strange.

This is a check mark on an order form, they prob just got sloppy and selected the wrong one. But insulting by name one of the few Blu-ray manufacturers left in the midst of a nationwide traffic jam in disc manufacturing due to strain of resources is yet another brilliant idea from TT

Based on my own depressingly extensive experience of manufacturers failing to follow simple instructions, I’m inclined to believe Twilight Time over this.

Let's say Technicolor did mess up. Would you insult them on social media using your company's branded account?

Yeah, the “totally incompetent” seems way over the top. A simple “due to manufacturer error” would have worked just fine.

There might even be a clause on their contract stating they cant talk shit about them publicly like this. In any case, if I was Technicolor, I'd probably make TT's future days a bit more difficult, just for the sake of it.
It's a blunder, and blunders happen, but you cant just publicly insult your manufacturer like that.

I believe there have been other tensions between TT and Technicolor in recent times.
